Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Agent at our site in Sombor, Serbia.

In this role, you will support our customers by managing order processing, communicating with our B2B partners, and providing basic technical assistance. You will collaborate closely with the team, learn on the job, and gain hands‑on experience in customer service, operations, and cross‑functional communication.

What will you do:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative processes related to customer service.
  • Manage and execute invoicing procedures with accuracy to maintain financial integrity.
  • Perform order processing tasks with precision and strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Supervise the full logistics cycle, including warehouse coordination and stock control, to ensure optimized operations.
  • Create new product records and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory data.
  • Oversee the full warranty cycle, providing technical guidance and information on product availability, application, and alternatives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of warranty‑related issues.
  • Accurately record and maintain data in the ERP system to ensure high standards of information integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Support customers in making informed decisions regarding products and services.
  • Drive business growth through targeted cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in invoicing, sales support, or order management is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in technical topics and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Fluent Serbian and good command of English (B2 level).
  • problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of technical support or a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
