We are looking for a Key Account Manager at SOMFY in Czech Republic to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients of B2B channel. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s products and solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in growing Somfy business to achieve long-term success.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs in the designated region to enhance collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Drive sales growth and increase profit margins through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Initiate and lead collaborative initiatives with clients, such as joint projects, aimed at creating significant value for end users.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust internal network within client organizations to facilitate seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Monitor clients’ current needs while proactively identifying and developing future requirements to ensure their evolving expectations are met.
  • Establish budgets and conduct comprehensive client analyses to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for clients, while actively participating in industry events to showcase expertise and foster relationships.
  • Collaborate with various channels to enhance the performance of OEMs, ensuring cohesive efforts across the organization to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics, marketing, or a technical field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Experience in sales of technical goods, solutions, or components for OEMs.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
  • Experience in budget management and client analysis.
  • Fluent (native) in Czech and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
